The staff was very friendly. Good location. The room was just okay but comfortable. Internet was free. The hotel is super cute. There is parking on site.
The Internet in our room 15 did not work unless you were at the door or in the hallway. We were waiting on some important news from America and really need it. Thought the room was a little pricey for a family room. The bathroom was really small and the shower super duper small. If you're a big person you wouldn't be able to use the shower. Breakfast was good but sparse.
very clean hotel with excellent breakfast in a nice part of Scarborough overlooking the park.
clean, very comfortable, good food, beautiful location, friendly staff without being over the top, the hotel helped to make the break a very enjoyable one. Will be back again another year, have already recommended the hotel to family and other friends.
We had little time to actually enjoy the hotel as we were in Scarborough for a swimming competition. We were out of the hotel by 8.15 and back briefly by 5pm.We stayed 1 night. We enjoyed our family room, it was comfortable.
Sorry to say it but at breakfast all of our place settings were unclean. The cutlery and bowls still had flakes of previous breakfasts attached. This was extremely disappointing and pointed to a lack of attention to a basic thing – cleanliness at the table. We ate only cereal, toast and a hot drink due to the swimming competition. My daughter (14 years) however, had to manage with juice as they had no hot chocolate. We brought our own soya milk to the table. As vegetarians, cereal and toast would have been all we could have eaten anyway. A vegetarian cooked breakfast was not offered. Key thing to remember is hotels can easily stock vegetarian protein in the form of Quorn for eg. Easily accessible as Quorn sausages for breakfast to replace meat-based sausages. We have enjoyed this at another hotel/B&B in Scarborough which went the extra mile to please. Despite an advance email from us, there was no offer to accommodate our vegetarian tastes.
Great breakfast! Spacious room (21)
£100 is a lot to pay for one night.
Rooms were spacious and clean; staff were friendly and approachable and the food was good. The location was quiet and peaceful and close to amenities ie indoor swimming pool, Peasholme Park etc
It was difficult taking the pram up the stairs as there was no lift.
We only stayed there for 1 night but wished it had been for longer, the staff were excellent and couldn't do enough to make our stay enjoyable. The location is just a good distance from the hustle of the promonade. Our room had superb views overlooking the park. Would definately recommend this hotel and we will most certainly stay there again.
Within easy walking distance of the atractions we planned to visit.
close enough to beach to walk but also queit at night
the owners and all of the staff were excellent. they were very friendly and nothing was a problem, even down to the owner having a long chat with our 11 year old grand daughter.
The staff were very pleasant. The breakfast was excellent and was served very promptly and efficiently. The purchase of the second hotel next door was ingenious and the linking arrangements were well thought out.
Stairs were unusually steep.
clean light room
small shower with dodgey temp control, but to be fair I am large!
The Ryndle Court Hotel in our estimation is very clean, friendly and good value for money. Mine hosts Peter & Toni were very helpful. We realise that as hoteliers part of their job is "selling" the resort to the consumer, this they did without being overpowering. A number of the guests were on return visits and we will certainly return the next time we are planning a break in this area.
If we had stayed more than two nights I would have commented on the size of Room 6. It served a useful purpose for our duration of two days but definately not for a full week.
lovely hotel, polite and friendly staff. however I feel it is under rated - more 3 star than 2
It was a lovely hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great really nice and lots of choice.
